A sword inspired by the Germanic spatha, which demanded our blood. It is a tribute to this beautiful yet challenging craft. A sword as a symbol of justice, honor, and power. Crafting and carrying it is a certain commitment and a symbol of social status. I am glad I can create such powerful objects of strength within the circle of great people. The blade was made from a combination of approximately 2000-year-old Celtic steel and modern Ni80Cr11 steel. The handle consists of brass, ebony wood, and wild boar tusk. The scabbard is decorated with the forging work of Dagfari. The base is made of alder wood covered with finely tanned sheepskin. I collaborated with my colleague Rastislav Kluvanec on the pommel of the sword, where 150-year-old Czech grenades are mounted.
