Buyer: Individual or legal entity making a purchase on the Perunis.eu website
Voucher Holder: The Buyer or a third party for whose benefit the Voucher was purchased and who can attend the course based on the Voucher.
Voucher: A voucher for a course with a unique code, security code, and validity allowing the Voucher Holder to attend a course with the Provider. Before the course takes place, the participant will receive information and conditions for the course, which the Voucher Holder is obliged to follow.
Course: The service offered by the Provider.
The Provider publishes Courses on the website www.perunis.eu, which the Buyer can purchase.
The Buyer orders the Voucher via email.
The Buyer undertakes to pay the purchase price for the ordered Voucher in the amount and in accordance with the payment conditions valid on the day of placing the order.
The order becomes binding at the moment of payment for the Course.
The Provider, who is the service seller, issues the tax documents.
The Buyer can gift the purchased Voucher to a third party - the Voucher Holder. In such a case, the Buyer forfeits the right to attend the Course, and this right passes to the Voucher Holder.
The delivery time for delivering the Voucher to the Buyer begins to run from the day of payment receipt.
The Voucher is delivered to the Buyer in electronic form. The Buyer is entitled to print this Voucher
The Provider is fully responsible for fulfilling the Course according to its specifications at the time of ordering the Course, as well as for its quality and scope and the fulfillment of all rights of the Buyer or Voucher Holder related to the redemption of the Voucher. The Provider is also responsible for the accuracy of information about the Course as well as its price or prices. During the course, the Provider rents the space and equipment necessary to conduct the course and assumes no responsibility for any harm to the health and property of the lessor - course participant.
The validity of the Voucher is 24 months from the date of issuance unless otherwise stated.
The validity of the Voucher is fixed and cannot be extended unless otherwise agreed. In the event of non-utilization within the validity period, the Buyer or Voucher Holder is not entitled to a refund for unused services."
A complaint about the ordered Voucher or the execution of the Course must be made without delay, at the latest within 14 calendar days from the discovery of the defect, in writing or by email to the address info@perunis.eu.
The Buyer or Voucher Holder is obliged to provide a detailed description of the defect and the voucher code to which the complaint relates.
The Provider is obliged to resolve the complaint within 30 days of receiving it. In the event of rejecting the complaint, the Provider is obliged to send a written statement by mail or email to the Buyer or Voucher Holder.
In the case of a justified complaint, the Buyer or Voucher Holder has the right to compensation, discounts, or, if applicable, withdrawal from the contract.
The Buyer is entitled to withdraw from the contract without stating a reason within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods if the Voucher has not been used. The withdrawal from the contract must be in writing – by mail or email to info@perunis.eu. This written notice of withdrawal from the contract must be sent together with the Voucher, proof of its purchase, and the account number to which the refunded amount should be transferred.
In the event of contract cancellation, the Seller is entitled to charge a cancellation fee. The cancellation fee is understood as an agreed contractual penalty. When canceling the Voucher within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, the cancellation fee is 50% of the paid amount.
The Operator is obliged to refund the amount for the goods within 90 calendar days of receiving the written notice of withdrawal from the contract along with the necessary documentation.
When canceling the order after 14 calendar days, the Seller is entitled to charge a cancellation fee of 100% of the paid amount.
The Buyer or Voucher Holder, in accordance with Act No. 122/2013 Coll. on the protection of personal data and on the amendment and supplementation of certain acts, as amended by later regulations, provides the Provider with personal data voluntarily and freely, as stated in the order (i.e., name, surname, address, phone number, and email). Personal data will be used by the Operator for the purpose of fulfilling the Course.
The Buyer or Voucher Holder is aware that, for the purpose of fulfilling the ordered course as well as for advertising and marketing purposes, the Provider processes personal data based on Section 4(2)(d) of the Personal Data Protection Act. The Buyer or Voucher Holder hereby agrees to the provision and disclosure of personal data for the specified purposes. The Buyer or Voucher Holder is aware that without this consent, the Course cannot be fulfilled.
The Buyer or Voucher Holder agrees to the display of the Provider's verbal assessment on the Provider's website, which the Buyer or Voucher Holder provided on the Perunis.eu website or associated social networks. In the case of using a photograph for the verbal assessment, the Buyer or Voucher Holder grants the Operator a temporally and geographically unlimited license, without compensation, to use the photograph for the purpose of presentation, marketing, or advertising. If there are other individuals in the photograph, the Buyer or Voucher Holder is obligated to ensure the consent of all these persons for the use of the work. The Provider assumes no responsibility for any breach of this obligation.
The Buyer or Voucher Holder has the right to request the revocation of consents stated in this article of the contract at any time in writing or by email.
These terms and conditions are effective from the date of the Buyer's consent unless otherwise agreed in writing. By ordering the course, you agree to the terms and conditions.
